Presbyterians have an ambitious work plan in the living out of our faith—pursuing racial reconciliation, comforting of the bereaved, and eradicating poverty are just three of the many issues in which we are pursuing the call of God to ministry. We know that we can’t do the work alone. As a relational church, we’re able to work with organizations within our relationships as Presbyterians that are able to translate this call into action. The Presbyterian Mission Agency’s Vital Congregations Initiative works alongside leaders of existing congregations to increase vitality through intentional spiritual practices.
Matthew 25
The Presbyterian Mission Agency aims to build congregational vitality, dismantle structural racism, and eradicate systemic poverty by fulfilling Jesus’ call in Matthew 25 it minister to the “least of these.”
