RECORDING AT GRACE STUDIO

step 1

Review Grace Studio Covenant, Recording Checklist, and Frequently Asked Questions. You will learn everything you need to know about our standards, guidelines, equipment setup, and general policies.

step 2

Plan your podcast and submit the Recording Application. This critical step allows you to outline your concepts, specify your technical needs, and officially pitch your project to our studio.

step 3

Your application will be reviewed by the podcast review team. They may reach out with additional questions about your goals. You will receive a formal reply in about two to four weeks.

step 4

Use this time to review our instructions. You can either manage the project yourself, recording over Zoom, or with our other equipment, or ask us for a recommendation for an independent podcast producer.

step 5

Once your application is approved, book time in the studio. This allows you to coordinate directly with your guests, map out your production schedule, and align your calendar with available time.

step 6

Record and share your stories! Launch your creative project, capture your high-quality audio tracks or videos, and distribute your unique voice and meaningful message with listeners everywhere.

PODCASTING

Podcasting offers churches a powerful way to extend their ministry beyond the walls of the building. Sermons, studies, interviews, and storytelling can be shared on-demand, reaching members who can’t attend in person and connecting with members of the wider community. It provides a platform to amplify diverse voices, share testimonies, and explore faith topics in a format people can access anytime, anywhere. Podcasts allow churches to foster deeper engagement, support spiritual growth, and strengthen their presence in the digital mission field.

SHORT FORM VIDEOS

Short videos help churches connect in today’s fast-paced digital world. From 60-second devotionals to event invitations and behind-the-scenes moments, they capture attention and invite sharing. These videos reach new audiences, keep members engaged throughout the week, and make your message accessible on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Personal and timely, short videos build relationships and extend your church’s witness beyond Sunday mornings.

STORYTELLING

Storytelling is at the heart of effective podcasting. While facts and announcements inform, stories inspire, helping listeners connect emotionally. Through testimonies, ministry updates, community interviews, and other narratives, storytelling makes faith tangible and relatable. It can bridge generational gaps, foster empathy, and invite people into a shared journey of discipleship. In a podcast, stories linger in the heart long after the episode ends, making them one of the most powerful tools you can use to reach, teach, and encourage.

INTERVIEWING

Strong interviewing skills are essential for creating engaging and meaningful podcast episodes. Good interviewers listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and create a comfortable space where guests can share openly and authentically. This leads to deeper conversations that resonate with listeners and reveal fresh insights into faith, ministry, and community life. For churches, skilled interviewing helps highlight diverse voices, uncover powerful stories, and foster connection, making each episode more compelling and impactful.
