The Gilmont Silent Retreat offers space to step away from constant noise and reconnect with what is peaceful, grounding, and sacred. Participants receive daily scripture readings, optional time with a Spiritual Director, hands-on prayer practices, and generous periods of silence to rest in God’s presence. Each person is free to shape their own rhythm throughout the retreat, engaging as needed for spiritual renewal.
