PASSCODE: Leadership
After 15 months of learning, reflection, and spiritual growth, Chris Bartley (First Presbyterian Church of Ft. Worth) and Armel Crocker (Faith United Presbyterian Church) will graduate from the Excellence in Leadership (EiL) program. EiL equips lay and ordained leaders to navigate change, approach conflict with understanding, and cultivate healthier congregations, reminding us that leadership means listening deeply, staying open to the Holy Spirit, and creating space for others to flourish. Friends, colleagues, and family are warmly invited to join the graduation celebration via Zoom.
