Grace Presbytery calls a special presbytery meeting for Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Woodhaven Presbyterian Church in Irving for the following purposes:

1. To vote on Presbytery Council’s Stated Clerk nominee.

2. To vote on the General Presbyter Search Committee’s nominee.

3. To vote on updating the 2023 Presbytery Meeting & Fellowship Gathering methods and locations:

• January 21st: Called Meeting at Woodhaven, Irving (Hybrid)

• March 4th: Stated Meeting at Trinity, McKinney (Hybrid)

• May 13th: Presbytery-wide fellowship event at Camp Gilmont (in-person)

• September 23rd: Stated Meeting at Preston Hollow, Dallas (in-person)

• October/November Presbytery-wide fellowship event at Austin College (in-person)

Please note: The January 21st called meeting will be offered in a HYBRID format.

Members of the presbytery and elected commissioners have the option to attend in-person at Woodhaven Presbyterian Church in Irving.

Those who prefer to attend virtually will be able to participate via the AirMeet platform. Details and platform instructions are provided following registration.
