As one volunteer said\, “I came to care for these children but received so much more in return!” Thanks to the generosity of many\, participation in Circle of Friends Camps is free for all families and volunteers.

Candles provide light and warmth and show us what is around us. Similarly\, love\, hope\, joy\, and peace provide us wisdom and guide us as we live out our faith in the world. As we prepared to celebrate the birth of Jesus\, we also considered what the Advent season teaches us about right and faithful ways of living. \nRight before Christmas\, Winter Retreat is the perfect opportunity to get the kids out of the house for last-minute Christmas shopping or can be gifted as an early Christmas present to grandkids\, nieces and nephews\, and other younger family members or friends.
