In a safe\, non-judgmental space\, we’ll inventory our own faith formation\, naming the elements that have been deeply meaningful as well as those that have inflicted pain and caused harm. Together\, we’ll imagine what a healthy and safe faith community can look like—one that contributes to the world’s flourishing—and we’ll develop the requisite skills to lead as wounded healers.
