Congregational Vitality Committee
The CVC will walk, proactively, alongside congregations to examine and assess congregational health, congregational cultures and norms, trends in attendance and generosity, and financial considerations relative to budgets and facilities. The CVC will also help congregations better understand trends and changes in their communities and consider adaptable approaches to outreach. The CVC will function regionally, having one group per region (North, South, East and West) comprised of members located in the respective regions.
